Warm up with this Keto Spiced Hot Chocolate—rich, creamy, and packed with cozy flavors like cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. A delicious low-carb treat perfect for any time of the year!

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (1 mug per serving).



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 scoops (31 g) chocolate collagen

  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) ground ginger

  • Dash of ground nutmeg, to taste

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, almond milk, chocolate collagen, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until smooth.

  • Heat the mixture over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired temperature.

  • Divide between two mugs and enjoy warm!
