These homemade Keto Breakfast Sausage patties are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make! Packed with warm spices and the perfect balance of smokiness, they make a great high-protein, low-carb breakfast option.

Serving Size: Makes 8 patties (1 per serving).
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
½ teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
½ teaspoon smoked hot paprika
½ - 1 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
¾ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the rubbed sage, smoked sweet paprika, smoked hot paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the spice mixture to the ground pork and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix to keep the sausage tender.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sausage patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C)).
Serve hot and enjoy!
